We’re thrilled to announce the successful completion of one of the most awaited events in the world of design — the 62nd annual Salone del Mobile in Milan!

HERMITAGE HOME INTERIORS proudly participated in Salone Del Mobile Milano 2024, a prestigious showcase of the latest innovations in furniture, lighting, and interior solutions. Here, we’ll share highlights from the exhibition and key interior design trends.

The iSaloni fair was impressive in its scale: Milan became a sprawling showcase split into two parts. The first was held at Rho Fiera, where leading furniture brands displayed their works across more than 200,000 square meters. The second transformed the entire city into an engaging quest with over 150 locations to explore.

An exciting detail this year: the exhibition layout was powered by neural networks. Salone del Mobile made history as the first event where artificial intelligence analyzed visitors' responses and emotions, optimizing pavilion arrangements and minimizing travel time between them.

We were delighted to visit over 2,000 notable brands, including our key partners like Poliform, Antonioluppi, Rossini, Barause, CattelanItalia, Tom Dixon, Technogym, Veneta Cucine, Ideagroup, Fantini, Bonaldo, Axor-Hansgrohe, and more. Versace Home’s stunning exhibit was also a highlight.

Top Trends of Salone del Mobile 2024

This year’s themes embrace:

- Soft, rounded shapes paired with metallic, mirrored surfaces;

- Natural tones: dusty greens, beiges, and terracottas, along with emerging violet shades;

- Accent hues: a full range of blues from sky to deep ocean, complemented by shades of orange — from bright citrus to clay, with mustard hues woven into fabrics.

Materials in the Spotlight:

- Fabrics: Velour with a hint of lurex, nubuck, natural leather, textured bouclé;

- Metals: Chrome paired with brass;

- Wood: Light natural shades, walnut, wenge;

- Stone: Travertine.

Throughout the exhibition, masterclasses and seminars were conducted by top industry professionals, providing valuable insights and hands-on tips for creating distinctive interiors. For us, this was a chance to explore the latest technologies and learn practical advice to enhance our interior designs.
